E-Learning Platform for Group Safety Training

About the Project
Residential Fire Safety (RFS) is a custom e-learning platform developed using LearnDash and WooCommerce to deliver scalable online fire safety training for individuals and organizations. The platform combines LMS functionality, group-based training management, and learner tracking into a centralized online learning system.
The project focused on helping organizations simplify training management while improving learner progress tracking and online course enrollment workflows. As a result, businesses can manage large-scale fire safety training more efficiently through a structured and user-friendly LMS platform.
Client Requirements
The client needed a customized LearnDash LMS platform that extends beyond standard online learning functionality. The platform required group-based registrations, learner progress tracking, custom dashboards, and bulk user management for organizations managing multiple learners.
In addition, the system needed reporting exports, role-based access controls, custom email reminders, and seamless WooCommerce integration for course enrollment and payment handling. At the same time, the platform needed to remain scalable, organized, and easy to manage for administrators and learners.
Our Approach
We customized LearnDash and WooCommerce to build a scalable fire safety training management platform tailored to the client’s workflow requirements. First, we developed advanced group management functionality that allows organizations to manage multiple learners under dedicated group leaders.
Next, we created custom dashboards with learner tracking, pass/fail reporting, visual analytics, and bulk management tools. In addition, we extended LearnDash with role-based access controls, advanced filtering, reporting exports, certificates, and learner management features.
To improve enrollment workflows further, we customized WooCommerce for course purchasing, registration management, and LMS integration. As a result, Residential Fire Safety delivers a scalable and user-friendly online learning platform for structured fire safety training.
